Angel's Treat

Velvety and dessert-forward, Angel's Treat combines dark rum warmth with amaretto's sweet almond character and a lush, creamy texture from whipping cream, finished with a dusting of chocolate. It presents as a pale tan, elegantly rimmed with grated chocolate and offers a smooth, indulgent sip ideal for after dinner or as a nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Disaronno® Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Whipping Cream
  • 0.5 tsp Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  1. Begin by adding dark rum, Amaretto Di Saronno® liqueur, whipping cream, and sifted cocoa powder into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously until it's well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish the drink by gently sprinkling grated chocolate on the surface before serving.
