Dance With A Dream Cocktail

A brandy-forward sipper that layers warm oak and dark-fruit richness with a bright lemon-orange lift from triple sec and a pronounced licorice-anise finish from the anisette. It pours clear amber into a chilled cocktail glass and looks elegant and restrained. Worth trying if you enjoy boozy, aromatic after-dinner cocktails with a smooth, subtly sweet profile.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 tsp Anisette Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add brandy, triple sec, and anisette to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
