Kilted Yak pairs smoky, malty Scotch with the bright, sweet acidity of pineapple and a pronounced licorice/anise edge from Pernod. Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Scotch
  • 0.5 oz Pernod®
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine Scotch whisky, Pernod® licorice liqueur, and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass.
