Cable Car

Bright, citrus-forward and lightly spiced, the Cable Car balances zesty orange curaçao and tart sweet-and-sour with the warm molasses and cinnamon notes of spiced rum. It pours up into a sugar-and-cinnamon-rimmed cocktail glass with an elegant orange spiral, visually inviting and easy to sip. Worth trying if you like a sweet-tart, slightly warming cocktail that’s both approachable and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
  • 0.75 oz Orange Curaçao Liqueur
  • 1.25 oz Sour Mix

Instructions

  1. Pour the Captain Morgan's® Rum, Orange Curacao, and Sweet and Sour into an ice-filled shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture briskly until well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Finish with a garnish of an orange spiral twist.
