Kiev Sundae

A rich, boozy milkshake combining cinnamon vodka, white crème de cacao and Bailey's with vanilla ice cream, finished with whipped cream and a raspberry vodka float. Thick, creamy and dessert-forward with chocolate-vanilla sweetness, warming cinnamon spice and a bright fruity top note from the floated Stoli Razberi.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Stoli® Zinamon Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Crème de Cacao Blanc Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp Stoli® Razberi Vodka
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. Blend Stoli Zinamon vodka, white creme de cacao, Bailey's Irish cream, and vanilla ice cream together in a blender with cracked ice. Blend until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mix into a large, chilled wine goblet.
  3. Gently float the Stoli Razberi vodka on top of the drink.
  4. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top as a garnish.
  5. Serve immediately with a teaspoon.
