Lamb Brothers

A bright, fruit-forward cocktail that pairs tropical pineapple juice with the molasses and spice of dark rum and a sweet blackcurrant lift from crème de cassis. It pours a warm golden color with a faint ruby tint, tastes sweet and smooth with a rounded berry finish, and is an easy, crowd-pleasing option for summer or casual sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add the dark rum, creme de cassis, and pineapple juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass and serve immediately.
