Strip and Yell

A bright, effervescent highball that balances sweet peach and warm bourbon with the bitter-citrus lift of bitter lemon and a whisper of Strega's herbal spice. It looks pale golden and fizzy, finished with a lemon spiral for aroma and visual flair. Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Rebel Yell® Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 0.25 oz Liquore Strega®
  • 4.5 oz Bitter Lemon Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour Rebel Yell® Bourbon Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, and Strega® Herbal Liqueur into the glass.
  3. Top off the drink with Bitter Lemon Soda, filling the glass.
  4. Add a spiral of lemon to garnish.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing flavors.
