Fragile Baby

A rich, dessert-style coffee cocktail where bold hot coffee meets sweet, nutty hazelnut and coffee liqueurs for a smooth, warming sip. Visually it’s cozy and indulgent, dark coffee topped with a generous cloud of whipped cream and a bright cherry, perfect as an after-dinner treat or decadent brunch pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Coffee
  • 2 oz Frangelico® Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 2 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine the Frangelico and Kahlua in a coffee mug.
  2. Pour in freshly brewed coffee to fill the mug to the desired level.
  3. Gently top the drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  4. Finish by placing a cherry on top.
  5. Serve immediately while the drink is hot.
