A sweet, tropical shooter that combines almond-y amaretto with the fruity, whiskey-backed warmth of Southern Comfort and bright pineapple juice. It pours a golden-orange hue and tastes smooth and syrupy with prominent nutty and pineapple notes. Worth trying as a quick, crowd-pleasing party shot or a fun after-dinner sip.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine Amaretto, Southern Comfort® and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture to ensure it is well chilled.
  3. Carefully strain the drink into a shot glass.
