Scooby Snack

A sweet, candy-like tropical sipper where coconut, banana and melon mingle over bright pineapple notes, finished with a fluffy whipped-cream texture. It pours a pale, creamy green-yellow and is lightly frothy from vigorous shaking. Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Banane Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1.5 oz Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. In a stainless steel shaker, combine Malibu® Coconut Rum, creme de bananes, Midori® Melon Liqueur, and pineapple juice over ice.
  2. Add the whipped cream to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well blended and thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain the contents into an old-fashioned glass and serve immediately.
