Papa Doble

Bright and tart with grapefruit and sweetened lime up front, the Papa Doble is a refreshing, citrus-driven rum cocktail with a hint of sweetness from the grenadine. It pours a pale pink/coral color and drinks light and zesty despite a pronounced boozy backbone, great if you like Hemingway-style classics that are simple but flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot White Rum
  • 1 shot Rose's® Lime Juice
  • 1 shot Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 splash Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Combine white rum, grapefruit juice, and Rose's® sweetened lime juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into the chosen glass.
  4. Add a splash of grenadine to the drink.
