Arctic Circle

Bright and lightly spicy, the Arctic Circle pairs clean Finlandia vodka with zippy lime and bubbly ginger ale for a refreshing, easy-drinking highball. It pours pale and effervescent, topped with crushed mint for a cool, aromatic finish, great for warm afternoons or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Finlandia® Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 4.5 oz Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Finlandia® vodka into the glass.
  3. Add the lime juice to the vodka.
  4. Top up with ginger ale until the glass is filled.
  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with crushed mint leaves and serve immediately.
