Carolina Iced Tea

A sweet, peach-forward long drink where Southern Comfort and peach schnapps lend ripe fruit and vanilla notes while spiced rum and vodka add warmth and backbone. It’s topped with sweet iced tea for a golden, refreshing presentation and an easy-sipping finish. Great for summer gatherings when you want a crowd-pleasing, high-ABV alternative to a Long Island.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 1 oz Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 0.5 oz Vodka
  • Fill Iced Tea

Instructions

  1. Combine Southern Comfort, spiced rum, peach schnapps, and vodka in a highball glass.
  2. Stir the mixture gently to blend the spirits.
  3. Top the glass with sweet iced tea, filling to the brim.
  4. Stir a few more times to ensure the drink is well mixed.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
