Whiskey Sour

Bright, tart lemon juice cuts through the warm, oaky character of blended whiskey while a touch of confectioners' sugar softens the edges for a balanced sip. Served over ice with a lemon half-slice and cherry, it looks classic and inviting, an easy, refreshing cocktail worth ordering or mixing at home.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Blended Bourbon Whiskey
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup
  • Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into cobbler glass. If served “On the rocks”, strain ingredients into old fashioned glass filled with ice. NOTE: If egg white is used shake little harder to release and incorporate the foam from the egg white.
