Mcclelland Cocktail

Bright, fruity and slightly sweet, with a pronounced sloe-berry richness tempered by zesty orange from the triple sec and a hint of bitters. Pale pink and shaken, it’s a short, elegant sipper that’s easy to enjoy when you want a fruity, slightly tart cocktail without heavy complexity.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Sloe Gin
  • 0.75 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine sloe gin, triple sec, and a dash of orange bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve the drink immediately.
