Nanc's Iced-Coffee

A creamy, dessert-like iced coffee that layers bold black coffee with Baileys, Kahlúa and a hint of hazelnut from Frangelico, rich coffee and sweet cream flavors dominate with a nutty finish. It pours as a smooth, slushy tan parfait and is worth trying if you want an easy, boozy coffee treat for after-dinner or a leisurely brunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Coffee
  • 2 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 2 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 splash Frangelico® Hazelnut Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Begin by pouring the black coffee into a blender filled with small ice cubes or crushed ice.
  2. Add Bailey's® Irish Cream, Kahlua®, and a splash of Frangelico® into the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture at high speed until it reaches the desired consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into a parfait glass and serve immediately.
