Harvey Wallbanger

A bright, easy-drinking highball that tastes of fresh orange juice with a sweet, herbal vanilla lift from the Galliano float. Visually appealing with a pale orange body topped by a golden herbal layer, it’s an approachable, nostalgic cocktail worth ordering for a sunny brunch or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
  • 4 oz Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the vodka and orange juice into the glass.
  3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  4. Carefully float the Galliano on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  5. Serve immediately.
