Calm Voyage

Ingredients

• 0.5 oz Light Rum
• 0.5 oz Liquore Strega®
• 1 tblsp Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 0.5 Egg White Egg Whites

Instructions

1. Add the light rum, Strega, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, and half an egg white into an electric blender.
2. Add half a cup of crushed ice to the blender.
3. Blend the mixture at a low speed briefly until it is well combined and frothy.
4. Pour the blended mixture into a champagne flute.
5. Serve immediately.
