Bright, fruity and herbal, the Bacchanalian layers ripe grape and orange sweetness over a backbone of rum, brandy and Yellow Chartreuse, finished with zippy lime and bubbly lemonade. It pours a pale purple-pink into a Collins glass over ice and is garnished with seedless grapes, making it visually festive and very drinkable. Worth trying if you like complex, fruit-forward long drinks that balance boozy depth with refreshing effervescence.
