Nijinski Blini

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Peach Puree
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 splash Peach Schnapps
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Add vodka, pureed peaches, lemon juice, and peach schnapps into a champagne flute with crushed ice.
  2. Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients.
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with chilled Champagne.
  4. Serve immediately.
