Rebel Raider

Bright, citrus-led and lightly bitter, this tall cocktail pairs juicy mandarin and fizzy lemonade with a bittersweet backbone from Campari and sweet, nutty notes from sherry. Visually it’s a pale orange, refreshing highball that balances bourbon warmth with fruit-forward lift, great for warm afternoons or as an easy aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Rebel Yell® Bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Sweet Sherry
  • 1 tsp Campari® Bitter
  • 3 oz Mandarin Juice
  • 3 oz Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Combine Rebel Yell® Bourbon Whiskey, sweet sherry, Campari® bitters, and mandarin juice in a shaker.
  2. Shake the ingredients vigorously to mix well.
  3. Strain the mixture into an ice-filled Collins glass.
  4. Add lemonade to the glass and gently stir to combine ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately for a refreshing experience.
