Golden Oldie

Bright and tropical, with ripe banana liqueur and juicy pineapple upfront while the dark rum adds molasses depth and a hint of spice. It pours a warm golden-yellow in a tall ice-filled glass and drinks light and sippable. Worth trying if you want a simple, poolside-style cocktail that balances sweet fruit with a darker rum backbone.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Banane Liqueur
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the dark rum over the ice in the glass.
  3. Add the creme de bananes into the glass.
  4. Top up the drink with pineapple juice.
  5. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients together.
