Blue Angel

A silky, slightly sweet after-dinner sipper that blends warm brandy with bright orange from Blue Curaçao and soft vanilla cream. The pale blue hue and velvety mouthfeel make it visually appealing and easy-drinking, while a splash of lemon keeps it from feeling cloying. Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Half & Half
  • 0.1 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in brandy, blue curacao liqueur, vanilla liqueur, half-and-half, and lemon juice.
  3. Shake the mixture thoroughly until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Blue Angel cocktail.
