Colada Brazil

A luscious, slushy tropical cocktail where creamy coconut and dairy meet bright pineapple and the grassy, slightly vegetal kick of cachaça with a backing of white rum. Pale and silky with a thick, snow-like texture, it tastes rich, sweet, and fruit-forward with a smooth mouthfeel. Ideal as a crowd-pleasing, summery frozen sipper for poolside or party occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Sagatiba® Pura Cachaça
  • 0.75 oz White Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 oz Coconut Cream
  • 0.75 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker or blender with a generous amount of crushed ice.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the blend into a large highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Present the drink immediately and enjoy.
