Almeria

The Almeria is a silky, coffee-forward cocktail where dark rum's molasses richness melds with Kahlúa's roasted sweetness and a glossy egg-white foam. It pours a warm brown hue topped by a silky white cap and drinks like a decadent, smooth after-dinner sipper, rich but balanced enough to enjoy slowly.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add dark rum, Kahlua, and the egg white to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously to ensure a good foam from the egg white.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass with precision.
  5. Ensure the drink is silky and well combined before serving.
