Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
• 1 oz Coconut Cream

Instructions

1. Combine the light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in an electric blender.
2. Add one cup of ice to the blender.
3. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth.
4. Pour the blended mixture into a highball glass.
5. Garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple on the rim.
6. Place a cherry on top to complete the garnish.
