Bright and tangy, the Pipeline balances zesty lemon with a fruity apricot note and a clean white rum backbone, finished with a hint of confectioners' sugar for smoothness. Poured up into a chilled cocktail glass it looks pale and inviting with a silky texture from the shaken citrus. It's an easy, refreshing choice when you want a light, citrus-forward sipper with a touch of fruitiness.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Bacardi® Superior Rum
  • 0.5 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
  • 0.25 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine Bacardi® White Rum, powdered sugar, apricot brandy, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
