A bright, fruity cobbler that balances the smokier honeyed notes of Scotch with sweet orange and a hint of brandy. It pours a warm amber-orange into a wine glass and is festooned with pineapple, orange and mint, very approachable and refreshing for warm-weather sipping or a casual gathering.

Ingredients

2 oz Cutty Sark® Scotch Whisky
0.25 oz Brandy
0.25 oz Curaçao Liqueur

Instructions

Add Cutty Sark® Scotch whisky, brandy, and Curacao orange liqueur to a cocktail shaker that is half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain the mixture into a large wine glass.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple, a slice of orange, and a sprig of mint before serving.
