A creamy, tropical highball that balances rich pineapple and coconut with bright orange and a soft vanilla-herbal lift from Galliano. It pours a golden hue over crushed ice and is finished with a pineapple chunk and stemmed cherry for an island-y, approachable sip. Worth trying if you like smooth, dessert-like tiki drinks that are both refreshing and indulgent.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Dark Rum
0.75 oz White Rum
0.25 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
1.5 oz Orange Juice
0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
0.75 oz Coconut Cream
0.25 oz Cream

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with crushed ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture to blend the flavors together.
Strain the mixture into a large highball glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Golden Colada.
