Cayman Sunset

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Light Rum
• 0.5 oz Piña Colada Mix
• Fill Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 oz Grenadine

Instructions

1. Fill a highball glass halfway with crushed ice.
2. Pour in light rum.
3. Add liquid pina colada mix.
4. Fill the glass to the top with pineapple juice and stir to mix.
5. Gently pour the grenadine into the glass so it settles at the bottom.
6. Do not stir after adding the grenadine to maintain the layered effect.
7. Garnish with an orange wedge before serving.
