Funky Monkey

Ripe banana and sweet crème de banane meld with coconut milk and a hint of dark crème de cacao for a lush, dessert-like sip. It pours pale and creamy with a frothy, smooth texture and a sprinkle of coconut flakes for tropical aroma and crunch. A decadent, easy-to-love frozen cocktail for when you want something fruity, chocolatey and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Mount Gay® Eclipse Rum
  • 1 oz Crème de Banane Liqueur
  • 0.625 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur
  • 3 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

  1. Combine Mt.Gay® Rum, Creme de Banane, Dark Creme de Cacao, coconut milk, and the banana in a blender.
  2. Add ice to the blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully pour the blended mixture into a Hurricane Glass.
  4. Top the drink with a sprinkle of coconut flakes as a garnish.
