Ingredients

• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• Fill Carbonated Water
• 0.5 tsp Confectioners' Sugar

Instructions

1. Combine powdered sugar with a small amount of carbonated water in a Collins glass to dissolve the sugar.
2. Add blended whiskey into the glass.
3. Fill the glass with ice and top off with carbonated water.
4. Stir gently to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and an orange spiral, ensuring the orange spiral elegantly hangs over the rim of the glass.
