Mar's Mind Eraser

Sweet, coffee-forward and rounded with clear vanilla notes from the vodka, brightened by fizzy soda that keeps the finish light and bubbly. Visually striking as a two-layer drink with dark Kahlúa beneath a pale vanilla spirit, it’s worth trying for the contrast between rich coffee liqueur and an effervescent, refreshing finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Stoli® Vanil Vodka
  • Fill Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.
  2. Pour the Kahlua® coffee liqueur over the ice, allowing it to settle at the bottom.
  3. Gently layer the Stoli® Vanil vodka on top of the Kahlua by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  4. Top off the drink by filling the glass with soda water to create a refreshing finish.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the layered flavors of Mar's Mind Eraser.
