Bitter Evan

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 0.5 oz Campari® Bitter
• 4 oz Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

1. Fill an old-fashioned or rocks glass with ice cubes to the brim.
2. Pour the vodka into the glass over the ice.
3. Add the grapefruit juice to the vodka in the glass.
4. Stir the mixture well to combine the vodka and grapefruit juice thoroughly.
5. Gently pour in the Campari, allowing it to flow through the drink.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your Bitter Evan.
