Puerto Rico Breeze

A pineapple-forward tropical sipper that tastes bright and fruity with a subtle almond/cherry-kernel sweetness from the crème de noyaux and a light rum backbone. It pours a sunny golden-pink in a hurricane glass, garnished with a pineapple wedge and cherry, making it an easy, crowd-pleasing poolside or summer drink worth ordering or mixing at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rum
  • 1 oz Crème de Noyaux Liqueur
  • 6 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a hurricane glass with ice.
  2. Add the rum, creme de almond, and pineapple juice to the glass.
  3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
  4. Garnish the drink with a fresh pineapple wedge and a cherry.
