Wooly Mitten

A rich, creamy hot cocktail that tastes like peppermint hot chocolate spiked with Irish cream and a warm, fruity note from Southern Comfort. It pours a dark chocolate-brown, can be finished with whipped cream, and makes a cozy, dessert-style nightcap or party sipper.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1.5 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 bag Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  1. Place the cocoa powder into a coffee mug.
  2. Fill the mug halfway with hot water and stir until the cocoa is fully dissolved.
  3. Pour in the Southern Comfort, peppermint schnapps, and Bailey's and stir again to blend the flavors.
  4. Top off the mug with additional hot water to fill the mug.
  5. Optionally, top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
