Purple Heather

Purple Heather balances a gentle, smoky Scotch backbone with the jammy blackcurrant sweetness of crème de cassis. Topped with soda it pours a pale purple, effervescent drink that’s light, slightly sweet, and an easy, refreshing choice when you want a low-effort, flavorful sipper.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Scotch
  • 1 tsp Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • Fill Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Combine the Scotch whisky and creme de cassis in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Top up with soda water to fill the glass to your desired level.
  5. Serve immediately.
