Bright and tropical, the 57 Chevy melds Southern Comfort's peachy, warming fruitiness with orange liqueur and a clean shot of vodka, topped by juicy pineapple. Pale golden and slightly fizzy-looking in a cocktail glass, it tastes sweet, citrusy, and very approachable with a mellow boozy backbone. A great choice if you want a quick, crowd-pleasing, summery sipper that’s easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 0.5 oz Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur
  • Fill Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add vodka, Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur, and Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur to the shaker.
  3. Shake well to combine the ingredients.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  5. Top off with pineapple juice to fill the glass.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
