Jamaican Blues

Ingredients

• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 0.25 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
• 2 oz Coconut Cream
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

1. Add dark rum, blue curacao, coconut cream, and pineapple juice into a blender.
2. Combine these ingredients with one and a half cups of crushed ice.
3. Blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth consistency.
4. Pour the blend into a hurricane glass.
5. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and serve immediately.
