Hot Shot

A short, warming shot that pairs hot brewed coffee with the sweet, vanilla-forward, herbaceous notes of Galliano and a pillowy crown of whipped cream. Visually striking as a dark coffee base topped by a golden liqueur layer and snowy cream, it’s an easy after-dinner treat when you want a quick, cozy pick-me-up with dessert-like sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Coffee
  • 2 cl Galliano® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour freshly brewed hot coffee into a shot glass.
  2. Gently pour the Galliano® liqueur over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the coffee.
  3. Top with lightly whipped cream to finish the drink.
