Amaretto Shake

A decadent, dessert-style shake where almond-sweet amaretto and warming brandy swirl into rich chocolate ice cream, yielding a velvety, boozy milkshake with pronounced cocoa and almond notes. Thick and glossy with bittersweet chocolate shavings on top, it's a smooth, indulgent after-dinner treat that's easy to make and hard to resist.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 2 oz Amaretto Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate ice-cream, brandy, and amaretto into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture at high speed until the texture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with bittersweet chocolate shavings before serving.
