Italian Surfer

A bright, easy sipper where sweet pineapple leads, rounded by coconut rum and a toasty almond note from the amaretto. It pours a sunny gold over ice and is worth trying when you want a tropical, low-effort drink that’s both fruity and slightly nutty.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Pineapple Juice
  • 1 part Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 part Malibu® Coconut Rum

Instructions

  1. Add ice to a highball glass until it is full.
  2. Pour 2 parts of pineapple juice over the ice.
  3. Add 1 part amaretto into the glass.
  4. Add 1 part Malibu® rum to the mixture.
  5. Stir the contents gently to ensure everything is well combined.
