Sidecar Cocktail

Bright lemon tang and orange sweetness cut through a warm brandy backbone for a sharply balanced, spirit-forward cocktail. It pours a pale amber into a chilled cocktail glass and is worth trying if you like crisp, citrus-driven classics with a boozy edge.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 0.25 Juice of Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add brandy, triple sec, and freshly squeezed juice of a quarter lemon into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Sidecar cocktail.
