Bellinski

A Bellini is a silky, peach-forward sparkling cocktail: fresh peach purée sweetened with maraschino liqueur, brightened by a splash of peach vodka and topped with brut Champagne for lively bubbles. It pours a pale peach hue with smooth fruit sweetness and effervescent lift, perfect for brunch or celebratory sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Stoli® Persik Vodka
  • 3 oz Peaches
  • 1 tsp Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • Fill Brut French Champagne

Instructions

  1. Puree the ripe peaches by pressing them through a fine sieve to achieve a smooth texture.
  2. Transfer the peach puree into a large, chilled wine goblet.
  3. Sweeten the peach puree to your liking with maraschino liqueur, stirring gently.
  4. Pour in the Stoli® Persik vodka, ensuring an even mix with the peach puree.
  5. Top off the mixture by filling the goblet with chilled Brut® champagne.
  6. Serve the drink immediately to enjoy the vibrant flavors.
