A bright, effervescent long drink that balances tropical pineapple and zesty grapefruit with a hint of bitter lemon for a lively finish. It pours a sunny, pale-golden color topped with fizzy soda and is garnished with mint and a cherry for an inviting, poolside-ready presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz RumTree® Liqueur
  • 1 oz Tequila Reposado
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 4 oz Bitter Lemon Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a Pina Colada Glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the Rum Tree® Liqueur, gold tequila, grapefruit juice, and pineapple juice.
  3. Top with bitter lemon soda to fill the glass.
  4. Gently stir the ingredients together to combine.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry.
  6. Place straws into the glass and serve immediately.
