Head for the Hills

A light, herbaceous sipper where dry vermouth’s botanical and slightly bitter notes are lifted by a touch of sweet, orange-white curaçao and bright lemon oil. Pale and effervescent with a gentle fizz and a crisp lemon aroma, it’s an easy, low-ABV aperitif that feels refreshing and restrained, great as a pre-dinner palate opener or a sessionable alternative to a spritz.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz White Curaçao Liqueur
  • 2 oz Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the dry vermouth over the ice.
  3. Add the white curacao liqueur to the glass.
  4. Top off the drink with club soda.
  5. Stir the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist before serving.
