Pink Millenium

Bright and bubbly, the Pink Millennium pairs tart cranberry with zesty citron vodka and a touch of sugar, finished with champagne for lively effervescence. It pours a delicate pink in a flute and tastes light, sweet-tart, and citrus-tinged. Try it if you want a pretty, low-ABV celebratory sipper that's quick and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 2 cl Cranberry Juice
  • 1 cl Sugar Syrup
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Combine Absolut® Citron Vodka, cranberry juice, and sugar syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  4. Top with champagne to fill the glass.
