Peach Treat

Bright and fruity with a pronounced peach sweetness balanced by fresh orange juice and lively Champagne bubbles. It looks pale golden-pink with a frothy effervescence and a peach slice perched on top. An easy, celebratory refresher worth ordering for brunch or warm-weather gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Peach Brandy
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Combine the peach brandy and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Top up with chilled champagne until the glass is full.
  5. Gently stir to combine.
  6. Add the peach slice on top as a garnish before serving.
