Fondaudege

Bright lemon juice gives this cocktail a lively tartness that balances the sweet blackberry liqueur while anisette adds a distinctive licorice aroma and depth. Visually it pours a pale pink to mauve over broken ice and drinks light, icy, and surprisingly refreshing, a little fruity with an intriguing herbal twist worth trying if you like bold contrasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Marie Brizard® Anisette Liqueur
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 0.33 oz Marie Brizard® Crème de Mûre Liqueur
