Ingredients

1 small Pineapple
2 oz Vodka
2 tblsp Honey

Instructions

Select a ripe small pineapple and wash it thoroughly.
Cut off the top of the pineapple and set it aside for later use.
Using a knife, extract the pulp from inside the pineapple, being careful not to damage the outer shell.
In a blender, combine the extracted pineapple pulp, vodka, and honey, blending until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture back into the hollowed-out pineapple shell.
Replace the pineapple top, creating a small hole for a straw, and serve the drink chilled.
